The Employment Program at Scott AFB Military & Family Readiness Center has gathered and developed multiple resources for military spouses searching for employment. Resources include:

- Information on funding for career licensing through various opportunities
- Fellowship/paid internship programs
- Re-licensure in the state of Illinois
- Resume & federal resume development appointments
- Assistance with the military spouse job search
