ID CARDS

The surviving family member installation access card provides sponsorship for NOK through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) process. The DBIDS ID Card provides Surviving Family Members at Scott AFB access to installation approved Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) activities.

DBIDS CARD

  • 24/7 Installation Access
  • Cannot escort or sponsor other individuals
  • Cannot access BX, Commissary,
  • Cannot access the installation above FPCON bravo
  • Three-year expiration from date of card issue with indefinite renewals
  • To access additional AF installations, card must be registered at each visitor center
